3-day clean eating recipes

To deacidify the body and bring it back into balance, three days are enough. There are only a few simple things to keep in mind: For three days you only eat alkaline fruits and vegetables, alcohol, sugar and caffeine are avoided. In addition, instead of strenuous sports and workouts, plan yoga sessions or long walks in the fresh air.

Either a homemade smoothie made from kiwi, banana, orange and ginger or a homemade porridge is suitable for breakfast.

Breakfast - Clean Eating Recipe for Porridge:

  • ¼ cup of oatmeal
  • ½ tsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 tbsp quinoa flakes
  • ½ tsp linseed
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cannabis seeds
  • salt
  • Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients and pour hot water over them, let them swell for a few minutes and top with toppings such as banana, strawberries, walnuts and dates. This recipe tastes delicious and also keeps you full for a long time. Incidentally, cinnamon satisfies the craving for sweets. If you want to save time, you can also leave the porridge in the fridge overnight and simply warm it up briefly in the morning. For a change, the cinnamon can also be replaced with unsweetened cocoa.

Clean eating recipes

For lunch, prepare a fresh salad with homemade dressing made from olive oil, lemon juice and pepper, or even better, a warm soup made from basic vegetables.

Noon - Clean Eating Recipe for Soup:

  • 1 or 2 vegetables of your choice. For example, cauliflower, spinach, kale, broccoli or pumpkin.
  • ½ onion
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 250ml vegetable broth
  • Some chilli
  • Some ginger
  • pepper
  • Fresh herbs, e.g. coriander or tarragon

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree, then put in a saucepan and heat, simmer and serve. If you don't have a blender, you can, for example, put all the ingredients directly in a saucepan, simmer and make a creamy soup with a hand blender.

For dinner there is either another soup or a "one-pot" recipe, recipes in which you put all the ingredients in a pan or oven.

Dinner - Clean Eating Recipe for the One-Pot:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 250g mushrooms, for example mushrooms
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small salmon fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 piece of garlic

Put the ingredients in a bowl, except the salmon, mix with the sauce and put in a pan and fry. Then add the salmon, fry until everything is cooked. The recipe can of course be varied with chicken, scampi or other vegetables. For vegetarians also possible with tofu, saitan or halloumi cheese.

If you like, you can repeat the whole thing after three days or schedule a day a week as a detox day with clean eating recipes. Sunday is particularly suitable for this.
