There is sustainable news in Copenhagen this July: With the campaign CopenPay The Danish capital wants to reward climate-friendly behavior. From July 15 to August 11, participants can receive rewards such as free lunches, coffee, kayak tours and museum admission as a thank you for environmentally conscious behavior This includes using bicycles, public transport or taking part in garbage collection campaigns in the city. Green Luxury at Dunas de Formentera Resort
Ecological and exclusive: With the Formentera Dunes has opened the first eco-luxury resort on the Spanish Mediterranean island. The hotel is idyllically located on Playa Migjorn. Innovative textile art by Maison E.Boehm
Maison E.Boehm is known for the finest tapestries and is now focusing on a new, sustainable material: Nettle fibers. Compared to other crops such as cotton, these require less water, fertilizers or pesticides, grow quickly and are also particularly robust and durable. The French company works with Nepalese communities to process them in order to promote traditional craftsmanship. Maison E.Boehm is celebrating the launch of the new "La Récolte Sauvage" collection with a special art edition made of "velvet mosaics" made of nettle fibers, which are arranged in a portable case, similar to the stackable Japanese Bento lunch boxes.

Textile innovation from Kvadrat
The Danish label Kvadrat is known for its high-quality designer textiles and carpets. With the new upholstery fabric "Ame", designed by the Japanese designer Teruhiro Yanagihara, the company is now presenting its first woven textile made entirely of Fabric waste It is made from recycled polyester, which offers the same durability as new polyester and can be recycled again at the end of its life cycle.
