Furthermore, the origin of all traditions lies in Vedic scriptures and in the holy scripture Bhagavadgita. Yoga offers a wide variety of different intensities. Bikram, Hatha or Ashtange, whether demanding athletic or spiritually meditative, everyone can find the right style for themselves.
Yoga supports self-discovery and leads to inner balance and physical awareness. In addition, decisions can be made more consciously and conflict situations can be better resolved.
It does not always have to be a two-hour session. Even after only ten minutes, the body and mind are already feeling changed.
