- 2 tbsp cranberry rosemary syrup
- 60 g cane sugar
- 60 ml water
- 75 g cranberries
- 1 branch rosemary
- 100 ml cranberry juice
- Soda water to fill up
For the syrup, bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Then drain through a fine sieve.
